You can cancel your subscription and change it to a higher or lower tier. The system will count the test kits you've already received and send you more after 6 months.

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter by clicking the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the email. In some cases, it may take up to 7 days to process your request.
I don't want to be a member, but I want to buy more than 10 items.
Please contact customercare@getlivmore.com. We can offer a special discount as a corporate gift, for example.
How does the membership signup work
You can choose a subscription plan where you'll receive a box with 3 products. Depending on the plan you choose, you may also get some sample products. You'll get a new box every 3 months for the CORE and Ultimate plans, or every 1.5 months for the CORE+ plan.

We take great care in inspecting all our items before they leave our warehouse. However, if you do receive a damaged item, please take a photo and email it to customercare@getlivmore.com along with your order number. We'll look into it on a case-by-case basis. If the damage occurred during shipping, we'll happily send you a replacement.
