How can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has already been sent out, we can't change anything. But if you need to cancel it, just log into your account and hit that cancel button.
How can I upgrade/downgrade my subscription?
You can cancel your current subscription and switch to a higher or lower tier. The system will take into account any test kits you've already received and send you another one in 6 months. If you have any questions, please contact customercare@getlivmore.com with your order number.
I haven't received the order confirmation email yet.

How can you track your order status after you place an order?
After you place an order, you'll automatically get a confirmation email. Once your item is shipped, you'll receive another email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery
How much is the shipping fee, and how long will it take for my item to arrive?
The shipping fee will be around 30-80 baht, and it will take 2-3 business days for delivery.

Do I have to pay for the shipping of the sample to the US myself?
Don't worry about shipping costs. We've covered them. Simply put the item back in the pre-paid white envelope and mail it back to us. We'll handle everything from there.
